The EMC wont use the SSR pcb, instead, we have new Opto22 backplanes and modules. This is an economy for maintainance. The proprietary FANUC SSR pcb is replaced by more modular and more common devices.
The EMC's inputs also use the OPTO22 racks. So, the wiring path from front top terminal strip to left cabinet is not good. Instead, I suggest we look at stopping the wires just past the Flex Joint. A bulkhead fitting is needed. If the flex hose needs to be replaced, we now have all the wires identified ( all the bottom wires on the front top terminal strip), AND they'd be short, so easy to pull thru a new flex-conduit.
