The Tool Drum is the tool source. It's a wheel in the YZ plane, with 'bays' that hold sleeves for tools (pods).
The tool wanted is chosen with an M11 Tnn command, and the pod with the tool is removed from the Tool Drum bay,
and held verticly in preparation for the actual tool change command M06. While in this prepartory pose, the pod
hold the tool at the same height as the spindle'd tool change pose. This equal height arrangement allows the
DBL ARM to quickly exchange the new and old tools.
