WASHINGTON TIMES (Jun. 10) - Lockheed Martin and two Russian companies Friday unveiled a company to market commercial Atlas and Proton rocket launch services worldwide. The venture, announced at the Paris Air Show, will link Lockheed Martin with Khrunichev Enterprise and NPO Energia in a company called International Launch Services, or ILS, to offer customers more flexibility in launching commercial payloads.
